G.S.R.          (E).-   In  exercise of the powers  conferred  by
section 37 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read  with
rule   57R  of  the  Central  Excise  Rules,  1944,  the  Central
Government   hereby  rescinds notification of the  Government  of
India,  Ministry  of Finance (Department of Revenue)  No.  27/94-
Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 17th June, 1994.
