G.S.R.	(E).-  In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 173 
A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes  the 
following further amendments in notification of the Government of India in the 
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 23/86-Central Excises  (N.T.),  
dated the 20th February, 1986, namely :-

    In  the Table annexed to the said notification, item (b) and  the  entries 
    relating thereto shall be omitted.
